The room temperature issues were frustrating, but the vibrant bar and overall cleanliness were commendable.

The hotel's prime location near popular attractions and shopping areas is a major plus. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering modern amenities. Staff members deliver top-notch service, adding a luxurious touch to the stay. The champagne room is a lovely bonus for guests.

Although room service was a bit lacking in terms of changing towels, the overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel is clean, with exceptional personal, and offers strategic location just off Amsterdam. Their rooms are always non-smoking and cheap with great TV, tea plus bathtub.

Omg! my stay at grand hotel krasnapolsky was soooo amazing! the breakfast 🍳 was out of this world with all the treats and caring staff. Just 😍! the room was lovely, but a bit noisy. Staff were sweet. Only downside was the breakfast staff using towels to clean. Can't wait to go back!

The breakfast was a bit pricey, but man, what a spread – totally worth it! The staff were chill, half of them super eager to help and the others just doing their thing with fake smiles, no biggie. a rad place and I'd totally come back. 🌟

The staff were amazing, they not only accommodated all our requests but also surprised us with a free upgrade and an extra bed for my friend's birthday! The room was spacious and very clean with a constant supply of environmentally friendly bottled water. The only downside was the slow coffee service at breakfast, which could easily be fixed with a self-service machine instead, but it wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, a fantastic stay that I'd highly recommend! 🌟

My room in the newer part of the hotel was just fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was beautifully furnished, and the bathroom with a shower was just perfect. This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and it was my first time staying in the Amsterdam wing. Everything about the hotel was impeccable, from the attentive staff to the amazing breakfast. The refurbished room was like new and spotlessly clean.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room, although clean and nicely decorated, had two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart. However, this was only a minimal inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation because it provides a combination of largest meeting rooms that can host up to 1500 people. The facilities were well-equipped and conducive for productive discussions and presentations. The staff was also attentive and ensured all our requirements were promptly met.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms for confidential discussions and video conferencing, which would have been beneficial for my work requirements.

We partied like crazy at the Red Light District and danced the night away at the coolest clubs. The hotel was smack in the middle of all the action and made it easy for us to stumble back after a wild night out.

We'd totally love it if the hotel had a rooftop pool or a trendy rooftop bar. It could have taken our party experience to the next level!

This hotel has private facilities that offer an exclusive experience. It met all my luxurious needs and fulfilled my expectations.

The elevator to our floor was a bit inconvenient at times, but that was a minor issue.

the hotel is in a perfect location right on dam square - very close to the fairly new rokin metro station. the rooms are very nice - clean, and comfortable. the breakfast is exceptional, and the hotel bar offers amazing cocktails. the staff is friendly - helpful, and knowledgeable about local attractions - like the adam lights festival.

The bar staff were extremely nice, although the bar itself was located oddly at the back of the hotel. However, I heard that it may be moved once renovations are completed. I couldn't ask for more from my stay at NH Krasnapolsky.
